Lynch Denver is seeking a full-time Sales Coordinator to join our team! Under the direction of the General Manager, the Sales Coordinator is responsible for assisting customers in securing financing, tracking dealership inventory, registration and titling, and general customer service duties.

Requirements:

  • Previous dealership experience preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
  • Comfortable interacting with customers and staff
  • Must have the ability to multi-task in fast paced environments
  • Excellent Attention to detail and organizational skills required
  • Open to cross-training for other positions within the dealershi
Responsibilities
  • Assist customers in securing financing options for vehicle purchases, including reviewing credit applications, negotiating terms, and explaining financing terms and conditions.
  • Evaluate customers’ creditworthiness and financial situations to determine the most suitable financing options and terms for their needs.
  • Prepare and review all financing and leasing paperwork, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements, and dealership policies.
  • Ensures inventory for location is accurately recorded into computer software.
  • Timely and accurate input of inventory into computer.
  • Timely and accurate record changes to existing inventory (i.e. wheel swaps, etc.).
  • Answer incoming phones calls and direct them to the proper departments as needed.
  • Processes all new and used vehicles for registration in the state in which they will be titled.
  • Review and verify all title paperwork for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to legal requirements.
  • Prepare and submit title applications to the appropriate government agencies, following established guidelines.
  • Maintain organized records of title documentation, ensuring proper filing and archiving procedures are followed.
  • Secondary Job Functions: Serves as a back-up to reception.
