WHAT TO EXPECT We’re looking for a Sales Coordinator to join Phiture and help drive our growth by managing inbound and outbound sales opportunities across our award-winning services. This role is all about building strong first impressions, qualifying opportunities, maintaining a healthy and active sales pipeline through consistent hygiene and follow-ups, and ensuring smooth handovers to our Account Management team. WHAT YOU'LL DO Manage inbound leads through Hubspot - qualifying and running structured discovery calls, proactive and frequent follow-ups. Translate discovery outcomes into a clear, actionable brief and hand it over to the Account Management team for closing. Maintain a clean, accurate, and transparent CRM for the wider Revops team. Collaborate closely with Account Managers and Pod Leads to align opportunities with services. Support and execute activation and reactivation campaigns to keep the pipeline healthy. Collaborate closely with Marketing to develop Sales collateral, develop feedback loops to optimize top-of-the-funnel activities WHAT YOU'LL NEED 2+ years of experience in sales coordination, business development, or pre-sales, in a services/agency environment. Proficiency with Hubspot (CRM workflows, pipeline management, reporting, sequences). Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills. Strong organizational skills with a systematic and detail-oriented approach to managing multiple opportunities at once. Confidence in networking and a genuine enthusiasm for engaging with prospects at industry events.
