For more information: @CambridgeHouseAuberge Job Description The Sales Coordinator will support the Sales team in driving new businesses, nurturing client relationships, and ensuring seamless operational follow-through - playing a vital role in establishing Cambridge House as a standout destination in Mayfair’s luxury hospitality landscape. Key Responsibilities: Respond promptly to sales enquiries (groups, events, corporate, social), responding in a way that feels intentional, personal and tailored. Prepare proposals, contracts, packages and promotional materials with precision and elegance. Collaborate closely with Marketing to align collateral, online content, packages and seasonal offers with brand voice and positioning. Organise and host site visits and show rounds in Cambridge House’s captivating spaces to inspire prospective guests. Compile sales reports (leads, conversions, revenue projections), support forecasting and share insights with the Sales Manager. Uphold Cambridge House standards in every detail - from décor and collateral, to tones and timelines - ensuring consistency and luxury in all sales-led touchpoints. Qualifications 1-2 years’ experience in sales support, coordination, or hospitality, preferably in a luxury hotel environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational ability and attention to detail; able to juggle multiple tasks with grace. Confident user of CRM systems. Proactive mindset. Team-oriented, positive, adaptable, proud to contribute to a high-energy, welcoming culture. Local market awareness: an understanding of Mayfair and London’s luxury event space is highly desirable.
