REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in sales coordination, preferably in pumps, engineering, or construction-related industries.
  • Strong MS Office and reporting skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
  • Knowledge of water pumps or mechanical/electrical products will be an advantage.

    Pay: Up to AED5,500.00 per month

Responsibilities

JOB PURPOSE:

To support the sales team in achieving business targets by coordinating sales activities, preparing reports, and ensuring smooth communication between customers, sales team, and internal departments.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist the sales team with daily administrative tasks and documentation.
  • Prepare and maintain sales reports, quotations, and proposals.
  • Coordinate with logistics, service, and accounts teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information on products, prices, and availability.
  • Maintain and update customer database and sales records.
  • Follow up with clients on quotations and pending payments.
  • Support the sales team in organizing meetings, exhibitions, and product demonstrations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and sales procedures.
