POSITION SUMMARY
The Sales Coordinator Manager will lead our growing team of Sales Coordinators. Responsible for leading and managing the Sales Coordination team. This role plays a critical part in driving sales operations excellence by ensuring consistent execution of sales support processes, maintaining accurate order entry, and reinforcing company procedures across the sales cycle.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, process-driven, and experienced in team management and sales support within a fast-paced environment.
CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE
QUALIFICATIONS
· 3+ years of experience in sales support, operations, or coordination roles; at least 2 years in a leadership or management role
· Experience in the material handling industry or equipment (heavy or ag) is strongly preferred
· Proficient with CRM and ERP platforms
· Strong understanding of quoting, order processing, and sales workflows
· Excellent communication, time management, and leadership skills
· Process-minded with the ability to analyze and improve workflows
· Undergraduate degree with strong academic performance
