Our client is a strategic technical and marketing partner for high-end analytical instrument manufacturers, particularly in Asia. The company focuses on providing end-to-end solutions (from strategic marketing and applications to after-sales service) for specialized equipment.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum GCE ’O’ Level education
• Prior experience in logistics, supply chain, or administrative coordination preferred (at least 2 years)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications will be an added advantage

• Process customer orders, prepare quotations, and generate purchase orders
• Monitor and manage delivery schedules in collaboration with freight forwarders, suppliers, and customers
• Handle complete sets of import/export shipping documents and manage related logistics arrangements
• Maintain effective communication with overseas offices to ensure smooth operations
• Provide administrative support for daily office functions and maintain an organized filing system
• Assist with ad-hoc projects and operational tasks as assigned
