Job Title: Sales Coordinator, Education Sales
Reports to: Senior Sales Manager, Education Sales
Position Overview:
The sales coordinator will provide essential support for the coordination and administration of education programs at designated Merrithew (Host and Licensed) Training Centers. This includes assisting Managers with business development, market research, and lead generation, while ensuring flawless execution of day-to-day facility services and activities to drive revenue growth for Merrithew® education sales. The role also involves managing the pre-, during, and post-course execution of education programs. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle both administrative and customer service tasks are key for success in this hybrid position.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2+ years sales support, coordination, and customer service experience
  • Post-Secondary Education in Business/Office Administration is an asset
  • Bilingual (French and or Mandarin/Cantonese)is a strong asset
  • Team player
  • Superior attention to detail to ensure quality of work
  • Critical- ability to multi-task and respond to shifting priorities
  • Time-management, prioritization and organizational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced user of Excel and other Windows office software; skilled user for CRM software
