Job Description As a Sales Coordinator you will be responsible providing administrative and service support to the sales team by responding to new business leads and calling existing clients for repeat business in a timely and efficient manner. You will also be required to enter bookings on the system and follow up in an effort to convert inquiries, to confirm business and attend to the delivery of client's requests. We will ensure that you are equipped with a good knowledge of the hotel's facilities and services so that you are confident to interact and negotiate with the guests. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field, with experience in hotel sales or hospitality industry Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including negotiation abilities Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service Knowledge of hospitality industry trends and best practices
