OBJECTIVE: Under the supervision of the Sales Support Manager and within a strong team structure, the dynamic sales coordinator will be responsible for the communications and administrative support (including reporting and data analysis) for the International Sales teams. The sales coordinator will also be supporting users in sales-focused system requests and process implementation, across the organization. RESPONSIBLE FOR: • Responsible for administrative sales support, including order management and all internal communications to international sales managers and sales team; • Serve as the key point of contact between the sales team and other departments, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration to achieve organizational goals; • Coordinate the international distribution of seasonal samples; • Support the operational strategies to grow sales and consistently meet or exceed sales objectives; • Support the implementation of new processes in collaboration with the marketing, operations, and design departments, as needed. • Support users with sales-focused system requests (Microsoft Dynamics; D365, PowerBI, CRM, B2B platform) REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: • 3-5 years of sales support experience, preferably in fashion; • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote); • Data savvy and effective analytical skills (Intermediate-Advanced Excel proficiency); • Excellent customer service and communication skills, verbal and written; • Excellent attention to detail; • Good business acumen; sense of urgency, ability to prioritize and make decisions, lead and influence; • Outstanding interpersonal skills, team player; • Ability to thrive in a fast past and dynamic environment; • Experience using Microsoft Dynamics (D365, PowerBI, CRM) considered an asset; • Bilingual (French and English). Italian, Spanish, German considered an additional asset.
