The Role We're looking for a detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support the day-to-day execution of our sales operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, systems, and processes while collaborating closely with a sales team. You'll be responsible for maintaining CRM accuracy, producing reports and dashboards, supporting lead follow-up, and ensuring sales activities stay organized and on track. Your work directly impacts sales efficiency, visibility, and performance. What You'll Be Doing Maintain data integrity within the CRM system (e.g., Pipedrive, Salesforce), including data imports, exports, audits, and duplicate management Build and maintain automated reports and dashboards to support decision-making and sales strategy Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales activity and pipeline reports Track lead assignments and ensure timely outreach by the sales team Support sales administration, including data entry, call logs, follow-ups, and scheduling Review CRM schedules and assist with basic expense tracking and reporting Assist with the implementation and improvement of sales tools, workflows, and processes Onboard new sales team members and provide training on CRM usage, reporting, and outreach processes Act as a key liaison between sales, operations, and management to ensure clear communication and alignment What You Bring 1–2 years of experience in a sales support, sales operations, or administrative role Post-secondary education in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field Strong attention to detail and a high level of organization Comfort working with CRM systems and basic reporting tools Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a willingness to learn and improve processes Why ODRA Stands Out Clean, professional, and collaborative work environment Supportive leadership that values accuracy, initiative, and teamwork Stable, growing company with long-term opportunities A role where your work directly supports business success and sales growth
