Hymix Australia are on the lookout for a proactive and detail-driven Sales Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves making things run smoothly behind the scenes.
If you’re someone who enjoys working with data, collaborating across teams, and supporting sales leaders to do their best work, this could be your next big move.
This role is all about enabling success. You’ll be the go-to person for sales administration, pricing data integrity, and system support. You’ll work closely with regional and national teams, helping to turn insights into action.
While this role is based in Parramatta, the location of this role can be flexible for the right fit, for applicants outside of the Sydney area, some infrequent travel may be required to attend team events.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Support Sales Managers and Regional Leaders with system processes and transactional tasks
  • Maintain and review sales master data and pricing models
  • Generate reports that help drive sales opportunities and strategic focus
  • Coordinate pricing updates and manage discount approvals
  • Ensure data accuracy across ERP (SAP preferred) and CRM systems
  • Deliver 1:1 or small group training on sales tools and processes
  • Identify opportunities to improve pricing models and system workflows

This is a great fit for you if you have:

  • 2+ years’ experience in sales administration or coordination
  • Strong ERP system knowledge (SAP highly regarded); CRM experience a bonus
  • Sharp attention to detail and excellent time management
  • Confident with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • A collaborative mindset and ability to work across multiple teams
  • High energy, a proactive attitude, and a passion for getting things done
