Motor Distributors Limited, the exclusive importer and distributor of Mercedes-Benz, smart BYD and XPENG in Ireland wishes to recruit a Sales Coordinator for the Product Planning Passenger Car Sales Department. As Sales Coordinator you will report to the Head of Product Planning and work with relevant business units to construct the optimal product offering for our market.
This is an exciting time to join our passenger car team as we introduce new brands to the Irish market.

• Providing strong support to the Dealer Networks and external customers ensuring a high level of customer service
• Operating the ordering systems checking accurate order builds
• Preparing product guides & specifications for all new models
• Updating & maintaining Intranet system with product and distribution information
• Carrying out inspections of vehicle deliveries, processing distribution requests and stock checks
• Conducting competitive analysis and updating DMS systems
• Creating sales performance reports across models, channels and end user groups
• Preparing accurate wholesale reports, invoices and assisting on sales projects
• Deal promptly with all email and telephone queries
• Other ad-hoc sales administration duties
