We’re hiring a Sales Coordinator because we need you to accomplish our mission - helping independent sales agents navigate merchant services with a partner who provides the AgentFirst experience.
We believe that merchant service sales professionals are growing small businesses one solution at a time. And we help them do that by connecting them with a full toolbox of solutions and services without the messiness of inefficient processes, daily reporting, sales quotas, or laughably small residuals.
That’s why our foundation is AgentFirst. We support independent sales agents as they build and support their portfolio of clients. We view each agent as our customer - keeping them safe, supported, and successful allows them to do the same for their merchants.

We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to help us continue building the AgentFirst Experience here at PayCompass. We are growing fast and the opportunities to manage, maintain, and multiply those aspects is supremely important.

WHAT WILL YOU DO IN THIS ROLE?
As the Sales Coordinator for PayCompass, you’ll have two core areas of responsibility. The core areas you’ll be focused on are below and in priority order:
You will review and submit merchant services applications as well as work with the agents and merchants to ensure that agreements meet underwriting criteria. Success in this role will be demonstrated by actively participating in the full sales process and assisting the team in driving sales growth and customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing agreements, answering agent calls, and ensuring overall agent satisfaction. They will also be communicating with other departments, and handling administrative activities. The person must be well organized, administratively adept, and a problem solver.
WHAT WILL YOU LEARN IN THIS ROLE?
If you come from a traditional sales role, our pace of innovation, action, and iteration might be a little uncomfortable at first.
You’ll learn to move fast, iterate quickly, and put zero value into sunk cost. You’ll get to spread your wings, actively eliminate red tape, and do your thing. If you come from a large corporation or an agency environment, this will feel like the first day out of prison after a 10-year sentence.
