Lightspeed is looking for a detail-oriented and driven Sales Coordinator to join our Revenue Operations team. Reporting to the Manager, Revenue Operations, you’ll support the go-to-market team by helping streamline sales processes, improve data quality, and drive operational excellence. What you’ll be doing: Become a Salesforce power user, partnering with Sales to intake, track, and improve change requests, workflows, and data quality. Deliver weekly insights on sales conversations, highlighting trends, strengths, and opportunities for Sales Leadership. Build and maintain clear reports and dashboards to improve visibility into sales performance and pipeline health. Collaborate with Revenue Operations and Data teams to improve reporting tools and ensure data integrity across GTM datasets. Review sales calls, scoring against internal processes and identifying coaching opportunities. Support leadership with administrative tasks and contribute flexibly to broader team initiatives. Translate business questions into structured data insights using storytelling and visualisation. What you need to bring: Intermediate Excel/Google Sheets skills (e.g., pivot tables, XLOOKUPs). Experience with basic data analysis and reporting. Comfortable navigating multiple systems such as Gong, Salesforce, and other CRMs. Experience working in a retail/sales environment (preferred but not required).
