Description

SALES COORDINATOR

We have a new vacancy for a highly customer focused Sales Coordinator to liaise with internal departments and support customers. Any technical or manufacturing knowledge would be useful but not essential as the most important attribute required is customer service.
Salary £26K-£28K depending on experience + excellent benefits including a generous bonus scheme.

Key responsibilities for the Sales Coordinator include,

  • Processing customer orders and preparation of quotations
  • Coordination with internal departments to achieve customer requirements
  • Key account management with technical and commercial support
  • Interpreting customer specification requirements and product selection

The ideal Sales Coordinator will need,

  • Solid office-based administrative experience
  • Extensive experience of dealing directly with customers
  • Professional verbal/written communication skills
  • Be highly organised and able to respond in a timely and effective manner
  • Confident computers skills needed
  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail essential

Hours: Monday to Thursday 9 am to 5.00 pm and Friday 9 am to 3.30 pm with a half hour for lunch each day
