JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the sales process, ensuring smooth communication between the sales department and other teams, and helping to drive sales growth. This position requires excellent organisational skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • There are no minimum academic requirements, although entrants typically possess GCSEs/S grades or equivalent qualifications. Training is normally provided on-the-job. NVQs/SVQs in Administration are available at levels 1 and 2.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM software.
  • A proactive attitude with a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
  • Knowledge of sales processes and techniques is an advantage.

Responsibilities
  • Assist the sales team in managing schedules, preparing sales proposals, and coordinating meetings with clients.
