About the Role:
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator with 2-4 years of experience to support our sales team. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, proficiency in Advanced Excel, and experience in sales data tracking and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the sales team in managing orders, invoices, and customer communications.
Prepare and analyze sales reports, trends, and forecasts using Excel and data analytics tools.
Maintain and update sales databases, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Coordinate between sales, marketing, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.
Generate performance dashboards and KPIs to track sales metrics.
Handle customer inquiries and provide support for sales-related activities.
Requirements:
2-4 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator or similar role.
Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros, etc.).
Strong analytical and reporting skills with attention to detail.
Knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho) is a plus.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
