ABOUT THE ROLE

We are the market leader in showcasing legal reviews. As part of this we’re seeking a Sales Coordinator who understands the value of online feedback and its impact on company reputation.
In this position, you will contact law firms—via both email and phone—to introduce them to the concept of online reviews, explain how it benefits their practice, and highlight how the SRA’s recent pilot scheme ties into their ongoing commitment to quality legal services. We do not operate a high-pressure environment, and no prior legal knowledge is necessary—comprehensive training is provided.
You will be functioning as a tele-sales agent making outbound calls for the large majority of your day.
No experience is necessary but it will suit an individual who is willing to learn.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Educate and Inform: Explain the benefits of online reviews to law firms, showing them how these reviews provide a clear picture of their reputation.
• Introduce ReviewSolicitors: Demonstrate how joining our platform simplifies the process of collecting and displaying reviews.
• Outbound Contact: Make calls to law firms to discuss online reviews, ensuring they understand its purpose and advantages.
• Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate logs of how law firms currently handle reviews, capturing all relevant data in a structured and timely manner.
