Description

DAILY TASK:

  • Check with Sales person for orders to be received well in advance to process on time”
  • Additional loading slip to be submitted on loading day before 10:00 am "
  • Update sales person for any non-available or doubtful items for upcoming loading and same day loading.”
  • Prepare loading slip and sales order for upcoming loadings”
  • Submit lpo copy to vegetable team same day of receiving.”
  • Update certification team for loading slips done to process if required for certification.”
  • Handover loading slip to packing team on sales order items for upcoming loadings and enter in report.”
  • Loading time, verify loading slip and stamp as verified with packing head "
  • Follow up on any item ordered but not invoiced.”

Responsibilities
  • Processing orders for predefined customers by sales and making orders in system and generating loading slip.”
  • Following with sales person to get orders at least 3 days in advance for loading day and reminding sales person in case of delay in order receiving”
  • Responsible for checking price discrepancy in lpo and notifying the sales person and follow as instructed.”
  • Sending updates to sales person by next day of order receiving related any discrepancy, non-available items and alternate items updates via email in defined format with cc to GM and SCM”
  • Coordinating with stores for stocks and making sales order for items showing less or not in stock for and following with purchasing for the same.”
  • Submission of loading slip 2 days in advance to packing team and proper communication should be done with packing team in case of any changes on loading slip. "
  • At the time of Loading, loading slip need to be verified and stamped after checking with Packing head.”
  • Checking of items which are purchased from outside and not loaded/fast action needs to be taken for return or adjusting the qty with some other customer specially for short shelf life items.”
  • Any discrepancy of stocks needs to be crosschecked with stores and to be updated on group and to Senior Managers for fast action.”
  • Any challenge, concern or suggestion should be shared by Senior Managers and in weekly operation meetings”
