Job Summary
The Sales Manager is a vital part of the sales team and will be accountable for assigned facility location activities while ensuring the Semper Laser values and standards are consistently applied in all client interactions. He/She will be responsible for client satisfaction, reaching new client quotas, and increasing monthly sales. It’s his/her job to develop the team, resolve issues, and implement changes that can strengthen the company’s relationship with its clients. Must be a detailed, organized self-starter with the ability to move at a very fast pace and have a high ability to prioritize based on a rapidly changing and growing laser industry environment.
Duties/Responsibilities:

Control and supervise the daily operation of the facility and be able to make decisions.
Education and Experience:

4+ years of experience in customer-facing, sales management roles, particularly within the industry.
