ROLE SUMMARY:

We are currently hiring a proactive Sales Coordinator who thrives in fast-paced environments and is eager to contribute to all stages of the sales . This is a client-facing role ideal for someone with strong communication skills and a passion for both property and finance.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Identify new client opportunities through outbound calls.
• Schedule and attend meetings to assess clients’ real estate and financial needs.
• Promote and sell a broad range of offerings, including investment properties, insurance products, and financial services.
• Maintain and grow client relationships through regular engagement and follow-ups
• Participate in property tours and financial consultations.
• Coordinate internally with back-office staff to ensure smooth onboarding and record-keeping.
• Track and report on sales performance weekly and monthly.
• Support administrative tasks, including front desk operations, visitor management, and call handling.
