We are looking for a proactive and empathetic Patient & Sales Coordinator to manage both patient engagement and sales support activities. This hybrid role involves guiding patients through their care journey—from initial inquiry to post-consultation follow-up—while also supporting the sales team with lead conversion, order processing, and CRM management.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 1–3 years of experience in a healthcare, customer service, or sales coordination role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask efficiently.
  • Comfortable using CRM tools, Google Sheets, and WhatsApp for business communication.
  • A patient-centric and sales-driven mindset.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for patient inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, or email.
  • Schedule consultations, manage appointment calendars, and follow up with patients.
  • Guide patients on treatment plans, prescriptions, and next steps post-consultation.
  • Support the sales team with order confirmations, invoicing, and CRM updates.
  • Follow up with leads to encourage bookings, purchases, or repeat consultations.
  • Coordinate with doctors, pharmacy, and operations to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate patient and sales records in digital systems.
