Job Details Job Location: Sky Hospitality Management LLC - St Petersburg, FL 33711 Salary Range: $18.00 Hourly Sales Support & Administration Assist the sales team with day-to-day administrative tasks and coordination. Prepare proposals, quotes, contracts, and sales documents. Manage calendars, schedule client meetings, and organize site tours. Monitor and respond to sales inquiries via phone, email, and CRM systems. Maintain accurate and updated client records in the CRM. Sales Process Management Track leads, opportunities, and follow-ups to ensure timely engagement. Support the full sales cycle by preparing required materials for presentations and meetings. Generate daily/weekly/monthly sales reports for management. Coordinate group bookings, event details, or package arrangements (if hospitality-related). Ensure all sales documentation is complete, accurate, and aligned with company policies. Cross-Department Coordination Communicate client needs and booking details to operations, front desk, F&B, housekeeping, and other relevant teams. Ensure seamless execution of contracted services and accurate delivery of guest or client expectations. Follow up with departments to confirm readiness, special requests, and service timing. Customer Service & Client Relations Serve as a point of contact for clients for general sales-related questions. Support pre-arrival communication and post-stay follow-up for group or corporate clients. Assist in resolving minor issues, escalating when necessary. Maintain a high level of professionalism and hospitality culture. Revenue & Sales Support Activities Assist with upselling opportunities, room blocks, add-ons, and packages. Monitor inventory and blackout dates to support accurate quoting. Help prepare for sales events, trade shows, and client presentations. Support direct booking initiatives, marketing campaigns, and outreach efforts. Qualifications
