POSITION SUMMARY

The Sales Coordinator provides essential support to the Sales Team and contributes directly to the success of Solucient Security’s marketing campaigns. This role ensures the efficient operation of sales processes, lead generation activities, CRM (HubSpot) data integrity, and consistent execution of the company’s brand strategy. The Coordinator collaborates cross-functionally to support business development efforts and improve client engagement and retention.
This position is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented team player with strong technical and analytical capabilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be a critical thinker who can assess challenges, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • 2+ years of experience in a Sales or Marketing support role in a B2B environment.
  • Proficiency in HubSpot CRM is required (certification preferred).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales and campaign data.
  • Proficiency in Excel is required to transform raw data into actionable insights using Excel functions and tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Experience with social media scheduling tools, email campaign platforms, and content management systems (CMS).
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing strategies, lead funnels, and basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva) is a plus.
