REQUIREMENTS:

· Minimum 3 years of sales experience
· Experience in home electrical appliances is a plus
· Strong multitasking & customer service skills
· Meticulous, motivated and well-organised
· Proficient in sourcing goods from online shopping platform like Shopee, Lazada, Taobao and 1688 etc
· Fluency in Mandarin to liase with China suppliers & customers

· Handle sales quotations and attend to customer enquiries via phone and email (Office based, no walk in customers)
· Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with customers
· Negotiate & coordinate with suppliers
· Source products from supplier or online shopping platform when items not available in warehouse
· Co-ordinate with warehouse team for deliveries & returns
