• This is an exciting opportunity to join our Sales Team in our Academy Business-Line selling technical trainings that are at the forefront of the training industry.
• As a Sales Executive, you will be working as part of a dynamic sales team in partnership with our highly motivated Technical Trainers and Business Development Team to react to customer requirements and offer training solutions covering a whole portfolio of technical services. Our ability to listen to the customer, identify their exact requirements and respond quickly with a training solution sets us apart from our competitors and therefore reacting to customer requirements in an efficient time will be key for the role.
• Key Responsibilities and Duties:
• Handle incoming telephone, email, and website training enquiries effectively and efficiently.
• Take part in telemarketing sales activities to sell our training courses to existing & new clients.
• Take ownership of follow up activities to convert customers into repeat orders.
• Manage the quotation generation process for any allocated accounts, ensuring fast and effective delivery of quotations and proposals using the CRM tool.
• Add value to the customer, by listening to their requirements whilst having the ability to understand their training needs.
• Supporting the needs of our Business Development Team
