Wedding & Events Industry

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Event Sales Executive with proven experience in the UAE wedding and events industry. This role is ideal for a confident sales professional who understands not only how to generate and close business, but also the importance of client relationships, event coordination, and seamless execution.

Key Responsibilities:• Manage and respond to incoming leads professionally and promptly• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable event solutions• Prepare professional proposals and quotations• Conduct consistent follow-ups and convert leads into confirmed bookings• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry partners• Coordinate closely with the operations team to ensure smooth event execution• Manage the client journey from the initial enquiry through to event completion• Identify opportunities to upsell additional services and maximize revenue per booking• Achieve individual and monthly sales targets

Requirements:• Proven sales experience within the UAE events industry is mandatory• Strong experience in wedding events is mandatory• Excellent sales, negotiation, presentation, and closing skills• Strong understanding of event operations and coordination• Excellent communication and client-handling skills• Confident, proactive, target-oriented, and commercially driven• Strong knowledge of the UAE events and wedding market
