Responsibilities
  • Accurately enter and process deals, maintain compliance, and track financial forecasts
  • Manage deal documentation, including worksheets, contracts, purchase orders, and invoices
  • Support Sales Consultants, Stock Controllers, and CSO teams while maintaining database integrity
  • Process vehicle registrations, ensuring regulatory compliance
  • Maintain records for number plates, insurance, and registration expenses
  • Attend Transport for NSW (TfNSW) branches to complete in-person registrations when required.
  • Handle phone calls professionally and provide reception backup when needed
  • Assist with fleet registrations and bulk order logistics
