The Sales Coordinator reports to the Program Manager, Voluntary Benefits and part of a dedicated team who loves collaborating to provide the best client experience.

Responsibilities
  • Handle our teams’ intake process and activities related to client marketing campaigns
  • Monitor and handle/assign requests that come into our team inbox
  • Support campaign planning activities for Voluntary Benefits
  • Manage project plans for our AdminPlus benefits enrolment campaigns
  • Organize regular team meetings with our team and our partners
  • Support projects and key initiatives
  • Other general administrative support.
