VRE Systems is a manufacturing company providing products and services to the retail garden centre, horticultural, greenhouse and agricultural industries. We manufacture products such as various types of curtain systems, roll up walls, monorail systems, fabrics, transportation carts, as well as food and pharmaceutical products.
We are looking for a Sales Coordinator candidate whom works closely with the sales team. Your role will be to support our sales team in business opportunities by contacting customers. To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience administrative and strong customer skills. If you are motivated, results-driven, and enjoy working in a team environment, we’d like to meet you.
REQUIRED SKILLS
· Self-motivated and self-directed.
· Proficient in Microsoft software such as Power Point, Word, Outlook and Excel.
· Nutshell CRM software considered an asset.
· Team player and have the ability to work independently, with an impressive personality and possess the ability to work with clients by providing profitable, attractive quotations for customer consideration and closings.
· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with high level of confidence.
· Creative thinker with the ability to resolve critical problems.
· Good organizational and management skills.
· The ability to multitask and handle conflicts.
· Ability to analyze the market and target potential clients.
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
High level of Business Administration
2+ years sales experience (incoming and outgoing calls)
Greenhouse experience an asset
· Support sales efforts in all channels - Technical, Retail and Auxiliary sales with order entry, admin/excel support, invoicing and customer service and sales support.
· Routing high level qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.
· Assisting with Ensuring consistent and relevant communication with customers after sales support to ensure satisfaction
· Understand customer needs and expectations and provide relevant solutions/products and provide closure with an order in hand.
· Administrative support with suggestions and complaints made by customers and review with direct report and prospective departments with valid next steps and recommendations.
· Operate the Nutshell CRM (customer relationship management) systems and ensure authentic information is available with the company.
· Coordinate trade shows/events with sales teams to attend (booth, shipping, hotel, etc.)
· Establish professional and friendly relationships with customers, VRE in house and 3rd party installers.
· Available for travel when called upon to support, trade shows both locally and out of town/country, local customer site visits.
