Due to continued growth we are now looking to recruit a Sales Co-ordinator to join our well-established admin team.

Reporting to the SHEQ Compliance Manager UK they would be responsible for the following duties:

  • Creating and processing invoicing
  • Processing quotations and reviewing content
  • Processing completed jobs
  • Processing purchase orders
  • Purchase Ledger data entry
  • Contract renewals
  • Facilitate contracts
  • Informing BDMs of potential quotes
  • Using Sage, CRM and an in-house system, Watermanage
  • Answering phone calls
  • Liaising with clients
  • Actioning company email inboxes
  • Supporting Contracts Manager
  • Setting up Suppliers
  • Dealing with incoming queries
  • Generating reports
  • Completing work in accordance to documented procedures
  • Experience with Sage 50 Accounts is Essential

This is a full-time position subject to a 6-month probationary period and in return the company is offering the following:
