Communication: Manage urgent communications, including calls and emails, and address inquiries from both internal and external stakeholders. Customer Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring a smooth transition and a positive initial experience. Customer Updates: Keep customers informed about important changes, such as rate adjustments, scheduling updates, and new shipping methods. Issue Resolution: Assist in addressing and resolving customer issues and complaints, ensuring timely follow-up and satisfactory outcomes. Requirements Requirements: 2-3 years’ experience in Sales support or Sales operations role Good administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills The ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines Equipped with current knowledge of shipping industry trends and regulation
