Description
Coordinating and managing various administrative tasks, including preparing quotes, proposals, and presentations. Assisting with customer communication and relationship management, including responding to inquiries, following up on requests, and providing excellent and timely information regarding services and rates. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of services Prepare reports for Sales team and management. Providing administrative support for the sales team in lead generation and follow-up activities. Analyze and monitor the Company’s overall customer and sales structure for customer portfolio and sales management. Leading customer evaluation and implementing customer programs and initiatives. Ensure effective implementation on all sales initiatives, applications, and systems to achieve company’s objectives. Requirements Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or relevant disciplines Previous experience in a similar business support or customer service, preferably within the freight forwarding or Shipping carrier or logistics industry. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers and colleagues at all levels Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese, with Mandarin language skills being an advantage
