Description

Sales Coordinator At Gargash Auto Pre-Owned
Purpose: Provide operational, administrative, and marketing support to the Sales Consultant and Head of Sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update CRM with customer, lead, and inventory data.
  • Assist in preparing quotations, invoices, sales agreements, and ownership transfer documents.
  • Coordinate marketing activities: social media listings, online ads, photo/video updates of cars.
  • Support in showroom operations (car presentation, customer greeting, paperwork).
  • Conduct market research (competitor pricing, demand trends, auction updates).
  • Make outbound calls to generate sales, handle inbound inquiries professionally, and present, promote, and explain products/services to customers over the phone.
  • Assist in customer follow-up and after-sales support.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Good computer literacy (Excel, CRM software, social media platforms).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Basic knowledge of the automotive trade
  • Good written & spoken English, Arabic will be an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
