Job Description Bompard is looking for a full-time Sales Counsellor (37,5 hours/week) for our Düsseldorf store. The position is available immediately. Main Responsibilities: Offer our customers a unique and immersive experience through personalized storytelling, by introducing them to the world of our House, our timeless products and our exceptional creations. Build loyalty among our local and international clientele through excellent service. Maintain the quality standards of our House, ensuring impeccable visual merchandising and a meticulous presentation of the boutique. Actively participate in inventory management, optimizing the flow of merchandise. Manage store openings and closings with rigor and professionalism. Qualifications You have proven experience as a Sales Consultant in the fashion industry. Dynamic and excellent communicator, you have leadership qualities, know how to listen and federate your teams. You are a driving force behind the positive development of the store, and don't hesitate to take the initiative.
