In this role, you will: Respond to customer enquiries — in person, by phone, and via email Process orders, returns, invoicing, and stock queries Expedite urgent orders and keep customers updated on progress Support the sales team with quotes, reporting, and backlog management Resolve customer claims and complaints fairly and professionally Maintain accurate electronic and paper records Identify opportunities to improve processes and customer experience Perform other duties that support the smooth running of the sales counter About you We’re looking for someone who: Has strong communication and customer‑service skills Can multitask and work confidently in a fast-paced environment Has basic computer, email, and phone skills Enjoys problem‑solving and takes pride in getting things right Works well as part of a small, supportive team Has some customer-facing experience (helpful but not essential) Holds a high school diploma or equivalent If you are interested in this position, then please Apply Now!
