Our Client is a leading distributor of electronic security products and is looking for a confident and customer-focused Sales & Counter Assistant to join there team in Laverton North.
About the Role:
This is a hands-on role where sales is at the core — we’re after someone who’s proactive, hungry for results, and ready to make an impact.

• Helping walk-in trade customers with quotes, product advice, and processing orders.
• Making outbound calls to follow up leads, check in with regulars, and chase new business.
• Converting enquiries into sales — in person and over the phone.
• Recommending products from our range (CCTV, intercoms, access control) tailored to each customer’s job.
• Upselling smartly — offering real value, not just discounts.
• Assisting with warehouse tasks like unpacking deliveries, picking orders, and keeping shelves neat.
• Serving customers at the counter with speed, accuracy, and a great attitude.
