The Sales/Front Counter Supervisor support the Residential Department Manager and functions of the organization to include: supervising the Front Counter staff in Appleton and Green Bay, providing sales support and training, assisting in selling products.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• 2-5 years of experience in leadership role.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills required.

• Determine counter schedule in Appleton and Green Bay to ensure adequate coverage between business hours of 7:00 to 5:00 pm.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback, and implement development plans on training needs, support on customer issues, cross training, and project needs.
• Supervise, mentor, and motivate department staff to achieve individual and team goals.
• Foster a positive work environment by promoting teamwork, collaboration, and problem-solving.
• Foster cross-location collaboration for learning
• Support training and development opportunities for staff.
• Ensure adherence to company and industry regulations.
• Support department strategic long and short-term departmental goals
• Develop strategies to increase productivity and improve operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
