Description

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Sales Cum Cashier to join our automotive team. This role involves a blend of customer interaction, sales support, and transactional handling. You will be responsible for assisting customers with sales inquiries, processing vehicle and service payments, and ensuring smooth customer service at the showroom.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Support: Engage with potential customers, understand their needs, and provide information on vehicles, accessories, and services.
  • Cashier Duties: Manage cash and electronic transactions for vehicle sales, service bills, and parts purchases accurately.
  • Billing & Invoicing: Handle customer invoicing, create bills, and process payments using the company’s point-of-sale (POS) system.
  • Customer Service: Greet customers, answer inquiries at the counter, and provide exceptional service to enhance the customer experience.
  • Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate cash records, assist with daily financial operations, and ensure the showroom area is tidy and welcoming.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a sales or cashier role, ideally within the automotive industry.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in operating cash registers, POS systems, and basic office software.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions.
