Responsibilities

THE ROLE

We’re looking for a motivated Sales & Customer Account Manager (f/m/d) to join our team. In this role, you’ll support and improve our end-to-end sales operations — from CRM and external sales partners to customer relationships and account growth. You’ll play a key role in helping us scale our business and ensure great client experiences across the board.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage and coordinate external sales support service providers
  • Maintain, optimize, and actively use our CRM system
  • Support the setup, improvement, and scaling of internal sales processes
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing accounts
  • Help qualify and manage leads together with the Sales and Marketing team
  • Strengthen our customer journey and client retention initiatives
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams
