• Answering high volume of phone calls for various parts of the business
• Processing orders
• Manging 4 busy email inboxes
• Raising and following up quotations
• Stock enquiries
• Organising/ arranging deliveries
• Responding to customer inquiries and provide information about products or services via phone and email
• Keep customers updated on the status of their order
• Working on an in house system, maintaining databases as needed
• Sourcing new leads
