SALES & CUSTOMER SERVICE ADMINISTRATOR

- Full-time | Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00 pm
- Up to £24,000 (depending on experience)
The Role:

You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, supporting them from their initial enquiry to finalising their hire:

  • Responding to incoming enquiries via phone, website, and email
  • Advising clients on suitable hire options
  • Preparing quotes, processing orders, raising contracts and invoices
  • Taking payments and maintaining accurate records
  • Working closely with our Operations, Marketing and Accounts teams to ensure smooth service delivery
  • Providing first-class customer service every step of the way

What You’ll Bring:

We’re looking for someone with energy, enthusiasm, and a real interest in learning. You don’t need bags of experience, just a proactive attitude and a keen eye for detail.

  • A can-do, positive approach to work
  • Confidence with computers (experience with Microsoft Office is required)
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Willingness to learn and grow within the role
  • A team player who enjoys solving problems and communicating with people
