Responsibilities

YOUR ROLE AT BRE

As a Sales & Customer Service Assistant at BRE, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Sales and Customer Service teams to ensure the smooth delivery of services to our customers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Deliver high standards of service to internal and external customers.
  • Support sales team with process improvement, tracking, and analytics.
  • Provide pre and post-sales support to KAMs, BD teams, and Inside Sales teams.
  • Promote best practices in sales and account management via CRM.
  • Manage and maintain key documents and ensure compliance with BRE policies.
  • Handle bookings for sales activities and organize meetings/events.
  • Create and verify accounts on CRM; liaise with Finance for invoicing.
  • Support invoicing and payment queries.
  • Complete new supplier forms and raise purchase orders.
  • Collaborate with Finance to ensure policy awareness and resolve posting issues.
  • Set up onboarding plans for new joiners and ensure system access.
  • Liaise with Marketing for event attendance and distribute reports.
  • Provide front-line support for customer service enquiries.
