Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday; 3 days working in the headquarters office. Position Summary: The Sales & Customer Service Associate is part of the Sales & Customer Service Team. This role contributes to the success of the company by developing and optimizing partnerships with sales managers and other support departments through exceptional, solution-oriented service. The Associate supports our vision by processing all orders, assisting with inquiries, and supporting the Sales & Customer Service team as needed.    This Associate role is a foundational position in which the skills and desired characteristics for professional growth within FOH® are developed.  MAJOR DUTIES INCLUDE:  * Demonstrates high energy and ownership towards supporting the Sales & Customer Service team, sales managers and sales reps * Communicates any issues to the FOH® team in a timely manner as it relates to assigned orders, including purchase order discrepancies, system failures, etc. * Accurately processes samples and orders via SAP Business One software for assigned orders and helping with other orders as needed * Completes open order monthly reporting on SAP Business One * Responds to all internal communications and inquiries within 2-4hours * Works in tandem with other team members to ensure business partner efficiencies and results * Records personal daily punches and approves accurate bi-weekly time and attendance records * Actively participates and engages in all one-on-one and group meetings * Performs other duties as assigned * Promotes our FOH® Culture in all interactions Education, Experience & Computer Skills: EDUCATION: College degree preferred  EXPERIENCE  Minimum 1+ years’ experience in customer service in an office environment, call center, or hospitality industry   SKILLS NEEDED FOR SUCCESS: Follows direction and works under pressure to meet deadlines  Stress and time management skills  Analytical, creative, practical problem-solving skills   Customer service and interpersonal skills   Communicate with clarity verbally  Work collaboratively and as part of a diverse team   Small project management skills and strong attention to detail  DESIRED CHARACTERISTICS AND QUALIFICATIONS: Organized, action and detail oriented  Demonstrates sound work ethic  Possesses cultural awareness and sensitivity  Ability to re-arrange tasks as priorities change  Highly enthusiastic, positive-minded, and composure in challenging situations Computer Skills: Familiar with ERP systems, SAP Business One preferred  Proficient in all Microsoft Applications, Outlook  Benefits and Pay: FOH®, Inc. recognizes that our team members are our most important assets; therefore, we are committed to offering a comprehensive benefits package that provides protection and well-being for our team and their families.
