As a Sales & Customer Service Associate at Massage Envy Moreno Valley, you’ll be the first face people see — and the reason they keep coming back. We’re more than just a spa — we’re a wellness community, and our front desk team drives that mission forward every single day.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Educate clients on the benefits of massage, skincare, and assisted stretch
• Selling memberships that support long-term wellness (and earning commission when you do!).
• Sell retail products based on recommendations from estheticians
• Build strong relationships with guests to support long-term membership retention
• Manage front desk operations including check-ins, scheduling, and phone/email communication

YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU:

• Are confident in closing sales (memberships and retail)
• Are goal-oriented and driven by commission
• Have strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Can multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
• Are 18+ with a high school diploma or equivalent
• Have prior sales or customer service experience (preferred)
