We’re currently seeking a qualified beauty therapist or someone with strong beauty industry experience to join our sales & customer service team.

THE ROLE

As a Sales & Customer Service Officer, you’ll be one of the the friendly, knowledgeable faces and voices of our business, assisting walk-in customers, processing phone and email orders, managing stock, and ensuring the store remains professional, welcoming and well-organized.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide expert product advice and support to beauty industry professionals
• Assist customers in-store, over the phone, and via email
• Process sales and enquiries efficiently
• Merchandise stock, manage inventory, and maintain clean, tidy displays
• Maintain data integrity for products, customers and inventory
• Assist with promotional campaigns and events
• Uphold high standards of customer care
