We’re looking for a dynamic, people-focused team member who can help us grow sales, nurture customer relationships, and support our marketing efforts.

• Handling inbound sales enquiries (phone, email, social media)
• Guiding customers from first contact through to purchase
• Building relationships with prospective buyers and brand ambassadors
• Helping to manage the customer experience from first enquiry to post-delivery follow-up
• Supporting marketing activities — including social media, email campaigns, and events
• Maintaining accurate sales and client records
