Our client from the Newborn Photography industry looking for a passionate and dynamic Sales & Customer Experience Executive (Photography) to join their team. If you enjoy connecting with people, creating memorable experiences, and achieving sales success, this role is for you!

• Drive success by planning, pursuing, and achieving assigned sales targets.
• Be the face of the brand – warmly welcome clients, introduce our photography services, and leave a lasting impression.
• Create experiences, not just sales – guide clients in selecting photos, packages, and services that best capture their stories, whether in-store or at event locations.
• Deliver clarity & confidence – explain package details, manage customer orders, and ensure every client feels well taken care of.
• Stay organised & proactive – handle essential administrative tasks to support both pre-shoot and post-shoot processes.
• Grow partnerships – build and maintain positive relationships with partner businesses and collaborators.
• Keep it professional – ensure the store, studio, and premises reflect the brand’s high standards of presentation.
• Be adaptable – take on additional tasks and opportunities as assigned by your supervisor.
