JOB SUMMARY:

In this role, the individual is responsible for driving the sales process, creating new opportunities, and upselling through various channels. Key responsibilities include developing strong customer relationships, understanding their needs, informing them about products and services, providing solutions, recommending better options, and efficiently handling customer orders.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Strong preference for a high school diploma or GED. At least 2 years of experience in sales and customer service is highly preferred.

  • Manage purchase orders, paperwork, and transactions, ensuring a seamless process that includes handling cash and credit card transactions.
  • Coordinate product orders, organize deliveries, and keep customers informed about their order status to enhance their overall experience.
  • Proactively seek new sales opportunities through various methods, taking initiative to actively contribute to the growth of Elite Trimworks Corp’s customer base.
  • Oversee the sales process, from project management to issue resolution, providing comprehensive customer service and support.
  • Determine accurate and competitive product pricing by consulting our pricing matrix and other resources, reflecting Elite Trimworks Corp., commitment to excellence.
