Our work takes us to a variety of lively locations, including train stations, shopping centres, airports, and festivals/events. Our residential teams work in the community right across South Wales. QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • Ability to engage with customers face-to-face.
  • No prior sales experience required; full training will be provided.
  • Enthusiasm for learning and developing sales techniques.
  • Customer service orientation and a positive attitude.
  • Willingness to work in a dynamic sales environment.
Responsibilities
  • Engage with customers in face-to-face interactions.
  • Provide information and answer questions regarding charities to assist customers in making informed decisions.
