Sales & Customer Service Representative
Heating Centre is a family run business with over 30 years’ experience in the selling and installation of gas and electric fires and fireplaces, wood burning stoves and central heating systems, also offering servicing and maintenance of gas and solid fuel appliances. We have two large showrooms in Lincoln and Grantham and are currently seeking to employ a sales and administration person for our Lincoln branch.
You must possess strong customer service experience and be self-motivated, resourceful and enthusiastic. You should be comfortable working as part of a team and alone on occasion due to the nature of the business.
A predominantly sales focused role within the showroom, everyday duties to include booking in of service calls, processing of jobs, goods in and out.
Attention to detail and a methodical approach to the daily work-load are essential as is the ability to multi task and prioritise work load.
Hours of work are Monday to Friday (9-5), and 1 in 3 Saturdays (9-3) in the colder / busier months of the year.
Pension scheme.
20 days holiday per annum pro rata plus Bank Holidays.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
